What Comes Next? After you place your order, within 12-24 hours you will receive a link to our custom order form to the email associated with the order. From there, Haylie will design and create your PERFECT tumbler and we will epoxy it for you. If there are any design questions, Haylie will communicate via email. Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy
Tumblers are handmade and handcrafted and may have minor imperfections. RUSH ORDERS are NOT available with this purchase. The 10-14 business day turnaround time begins when the form is completed NOT at purchase! A watermark will be placed on the bottom of every tumbler.
